Faculty positions opening

The Department of Economics at National Chung Cheng University in Taiwan invites qualified applicants to apply for tenure-track positions of assistant or associate professorships, starting on February 1, 2021.

Applicants should hold a Ph.D. degree in economics by February 1, 2021, and send a soft copy of the complete application package no later than September 18, 2020, to Ms. Huang at admdanny@ccu.edu.tw. All areas of specialization in Economics, Data Processing will be considered, and a good command of Mandarin is required. The Department will immediately review and process the application once your complete package arrives.

The complete application package must include:

(1) a curriculum vitae, (2) an official Ph.D. transcript (required for those who apply for an assistant professorship), (3) a doctoral diploma (if you do not have it yet, please provide an academic certification of completion requirements, or by your faculty advisor a proof able to earn the diploma by February 1, 2021) (4) a publication list, (5) samples of recent research, (6) three recommendation letters (sent separately by recommenders), and (7) teaching evaluation reports (if you have).

Those applicants who earn a degree abroad need provide authenticated item (2) and (3) by Ministry of Foreign Affairs' overseas embassies within one week after getting hired by Department recruitment committee.
